From the foreword: I have never kept a comprehensive diary, as such, but only recorded a few random notes of personal interest each year. These notes with letters, programme, catalogue, etc., have been used, in chronological order, commencing with the year 1925, in this compilation.

Has an errata slip fixed onto the inside rear cover.

The condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has some minor scuffs and blemishes, and light wear along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
