Booklet published by the Historic Omnibus and Transport trust in 2008, 50 pages. A5 size booklet (N5852PE)

From the foreword: Small capacity, cheap to operate, country buses have always been required in the West Country since the development of motor bus services following the First World War. In the late 1950s, with the rapid expansion of private car ownership, new vehicles were required to maintain the country network and the Bristol SU was developed primarily for use by the Western and Southern National Omnibus Companies (abbreviated to WN and SN in this book). The SU was succeeded in the late 1960s by the Bristol LH. This book is a pictorial tribute to both types, together with the Albion Nimbus, which fulfilled the same purpose...

The booklet is packed full with colour photographs showing the vehicles themselves (usually with two photographs per page).

The condition of the booklet is generally excellent. The covers are clean and bright, the staple spine is tight and intact, and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is a small price sticker on the rear side cover.
