This booklet is a fascinating brief history of the Derbyshire town of Alfreton during the Tudor period, and includes sections on the town itself, estates and land ownership, economy, church, running the town, and everyday life.

Condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has some minor scuffs, and light wear along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
