The Yeoman, Numbers 1, 2 and 3
From the editorial page: 'The Magazine of the Ayrshire Yeomanry, Lanarkshire Yeomanry, Lothians and Border Horse, Queens Own Royal Glasgow Yeomanry'. (YWSO)

The collection includes all 3 issues (only 3 were ever published). Number 1 is dated 19th February 1915, Number 2 is dated 19th March 1915, and Number 3 is dated 30th April 1915. All three issues were printed by Westwood & Son of Cupar, Fife.

Number 1 has 24 pages in total, number 2 has 32 pages in total, and Number 3 has 50 pages in total. Pagination continues through all 3 volumes, and pages containing advertisments aren't numbered, which means the actual total pages exceeds page numbering (which across the three volumes runs up to 62).

Also included is a loose card backed illustration titled 'The Yeoman', which was inserted into number 2 (I am not sure whether this insert was originally included with the issue or is a later addition by a subsequent owner).

The condition of the three magazines are generally good. The covers have several scuffs and blemishes, and light wear and creasing along the edges and corners (notable blemishing includes: No.1 has a light blue ink smear along the right hand edge of the front, and issue 3 has a noticeable 1.5cm scratch running from the middle of the right hand edge). The staple spines of all three issues are intact and all pages are intact and bound. There is rusting around the staples of each issue, and issue number 2 has a small piece torn from the left hand edge of the rear side cover (this nic measures aproximantely 1cm in length and 1cm deep).
