This booklet provides a fascinating history of the Queens Royal Surrey Regiment, and is illustrated throughout with around 18 pages of black and white photographs. There is also a two page fold-out at the rear of the booklet showing the regimental lineage from the Surrey Rifle Volunteers to the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment.
There are short sections on the Royal Surrey Militia, the 2nd Surrey Rifle Volunteers, the 4th 5th 6th and 7th Queens, the Queens Territorial Brigades in the Second World War, the 3rd Battalion The East Surrey Regiment, the 4th Battalion East Surrey Regiment, the 5th and 6th East Surreys, the 23rd London Regiment, the Victoria Crosses won, the Courage Trophy, and much more!
The condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has one or two minor scuffs and blemishes. and some light wear along the edges, but the staple spine is intact, and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
