The book also covers the community life of the village, mining accidents, those village men killed in action in the two world wars, and village crime, and the book ends with the closure of Warsop Main Colliery.
The book is illustrated throughout with lots of black and white photographs, drawings and maps
The condition of the book is generally excellent. The cover is clean and tidy, the spiral binding is tight and intact, and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
