The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The covers have some minor scuffs and blemishes, and light nibbling and wear along the edges and corners (including a couple of small tears), but the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is a name in pen along the top of the first inside page.
