In this this book the author examines the first few years of Kaiser Wilhelm II's reign, with particular attention to Germany and its Eastern Neighbours (including Poland, Russia and Roumania).

Condition of the book is generally ok. The green cover boards have several minor scuffs and blemishes, and light wear along the edges and corners. There is yellowing and some foxing to the inside pages throughout, and there are four pages that have been removed between the title page and the editors note. As these pages weren't numbered and before the contents page, I'm not sure what, if anything, was on these pages.
