The Book of Barrow, by Bryn Trescatheric
Published by the Barrow Dock Museum in 2005, 62 pages. Rectangular paperback - c.14.5cm by 21cm (N7742)
This book collects together interesting facts and snippets relating to the history of Barrow-in-Furness. As the author writes at the start of the book: "This book is the result of many hours of research indoors, on the streets and footpaths of Barrow. It is a sad life, but someone has to do it. There is no pattern to this book other than the reader will find something of interest throughout".
The book includes lots of colour and black and white photographs.
The condition of the book is excellent. The covers are clean and bright, the spine is intact, and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
