It was a long and well-travelled war for the men of the 22nd Manchesters. From their early days training at Morecambe through to the battlefields of the Western Front; on into Italy and Austria and finally, at the end of the war, to Egypt. The condition of the book is generally good. The covers have some minor scuffs, and light wear along the edges and corners, but the spine is intact, and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is a very small amount of yellowing to the extreme edges of the inside pages throughout, and some very light bubbling to the right hand edge.
