Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase(s) for whatever reason, we are happy to provide a full refund providing the book(s) are returned to us in the same condition as when despatched. If you do want to return your purchase(s), please contact us immediately upon receipt of the book(s) and we can arrange their return. If the books were misdescribed then we will also meet the full cost of return postage. For all other reasons of return you will have to meet the cost of returning the book(s) yourself. All refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
Privacy
We do not share your email address or postal details with any other individual, group or company. We do not hold any payment details on file.
Availability
Although we do hold stock of every book listed on the website, very occasionally books are misplaced, and in these instances it may not be possible to meet your order straight away. If this happens, we will let you know immediately, and give you the choice of either cancelling your order, or waiting while additional copies are ordered from the publisher.
Delivery Times
We endeavour to despatch all purchases within one working day of the order being made, and in the event of a delay in the despatch of your order we will of course let you know. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has been shipped, and sometimes delays do occur.
Customs Charges for International Buyers
For international buyers their may be customs charges or other tariffs due on your purchase(s), and which are levied by the appropriate national authorities prior to delivery. As the buyer you are responsible for meeting any and all such costs.
