Booklet published by the Barnes and Mortlake History Society, 22 pages. A5 size booklet (N6314X1)

From the foreword: In response to many requests, the Barnes and Mortlake History Society has decided to publish a selection of the talks given to its members on local subjects. Shopping in Barnes Between the Two World Wars was originally presented to members of the society as a talk given by Mary Grimwade in October 1988, and in this updated copy the text is as it was in the original paper with small changes reflecting the passage of time. Illustrations have also been added from the Society's archives.

The condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has one or two minor scuffs but is clean and bright, the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is a small price sticker on the rear side cover.
