The book remains the definitive history of the Sherwood Rangers in the First World War, and includes chapters on their mobilisation and departure, Gallipoli, Egypt and Macedonia, Palestine, the Jordan Valley, and the final Advance, as well as appendices listing Battle Honours, the Roll of Honour, Officers, and Orders and Decorations received.
Condition of the book is generally good. The covers have several scuffs, scratches, blemishes and marks, but the spine is tight and intact, and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
