Aside from a very short introduction explaining the background to the publication (and who contributed to it), this booklet is entirely taken up with lists of names, which are divided up into sections depending upon which branch of the military the men served in (the sections include Royal Navy and Merchant Navy and Royal Marines, Army, and Royal Air Force). The only information recorded other than a name is the man's rank.
The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The cover has several scuffs and creases, and further nibbling and creasing along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact and all pages are intact and bound. There is some foxing and spotting to the rear side cover, and yellowing to the inside pages throughout.
