The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The cover has several scuffs and blemishes, and light wear along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact and all pages are intact and bound. The first inside page is becoming slightly detached along the bottom quarter, and there is some light blemishing to the inside front cover.
