The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The covers have some minor scuffs, as well as foxing and yellowing front and back, and there are light scuffs and wear along the edges and corners, but the staple binding is intact and all pages are intact, unblemished and bound. There is a small bump across the top edge which has caused some creasing to the inside pages in that area.
