Paperback published by New Anzac Productions in 2007, 64 pages, signed by author on inside front cover (S8226WSO)

From the rear side cover: Frank Parks, a Briqhton man, was among the first workmen to travel to Peacehaven in order to work on the development of Charles Neville's dream of a 'Garden City by the Sea' in the early 1920s. He was so impressed with the wide open expanse of Peacehaven that he decided to move his family to the very back of Peace haven, then known simply as 'The Annexe.' Frank, a very keen amateur photographer, fortunately brought along his camera and captured on film those very early Pioneer days, both in and around Peacehaven. The majority of these images have until now remained unseen by anybody outside Frank's family. They, therefore, offer a very unique insight into those early Pioneer days of Peacehaven and also some of the changes which took place after the Second World War.

The condition of the book is generally very good. The cover has one or two very minor scuffs, and some light wear along the edges and corners, but the spine is tight and intact, and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is some light yellowing along the inside page edges throughout.
