The condition of the booklet is generally very poor. The covers are very tatty and worn, with lots of scuffs and creses, and further creasing along the edges and corners. There is also a tear and piece missing in the top left hand corner. The staples have been removed, so the entire booklet is loose leaf (with all pages detached), and there is discoloration around where the staples used to be, caused by rusting. Inside, all pages are present and unblemished.
