There is a company name & date written in pen on the inside front cover, as well as an ink stamp for the same company. It reads: 'R Wade & Sons co Ltd, Staddlethorpe, 31/10/13'. There is also an original errata slip still attached before the title page.

The condition of the book is generally poor. The front and rear side covers have been reattached with tape, which now completely covers the outside spine. Inside, all pages are intact and bound. There is yellowing throughout, and a handful of pages have small blemishes on the right hand edge where old tape page markers were attached.
