Published by the Northwich and District Heritage Society, 60 pages. Large A4 size booklet (N5043)

From the introduction: This book has been compiled ny the Northwich and District Heritage society as an act of rememberance to those from the Northwich area who fought and died in the Great War 1914-1918.

It is worth mentioning the geographical scope of the research. The term Northwich area covers the district from Lostock Gralam and Rudheath in the east to Little Leigh in the west and from Great Budworth in the north to Davenham in the south....

This Roll of Honour is divided into three sections. The first is a table giving the full names (where known) of the man together with his regiment, service number, rank, medals (if any), age when died, and date of death. The second indicates which local memorial the soldier is commemorated on and also any memorial particularly those in Belgium and France. The third table gives additional information such as next of kin, parents, residence, etc

Condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has a very small amount of wear and bumping in the extreme top left hand corner but is generally clean and bright, the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound. There is a small price sticker on the rear side cover
