Millicent Garrett Fawcett, by Ray Strachey
Published by John Murray in 1931, First Edition, 380 pages. Hardback. (S8295GWSO)

Rachel Pearsall Costelloe, (also known as Ray Strachey), worked closely with Millicent Fawcett in the suffrage movement, and shared her liberal feminist views. In this book, published a short time after Millicent's death, she provides a detailed account of Fawcett's life and work.

The condition of the book is generally ok. The blue cover boards have some minor scuffs and blemishes, and light wear along the edges and corners, but the spine is intact and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
