Ralph Fox (1900-1936) was an important figure in British communism, and in this article (first published in 1932) he examines the writings of Marx, Engels and Lenin on Ireland and the Irish struggle against British imperialism. A few years after this article appeared Ralph was killed during the Spanish Civil War where he was fighting the fascists.
The condition of the booklet is generally very good. The covers have one or two very minor scuffs but are clean and tidy, the staple spine is intact, and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound
