This booklet is filled with route diagrams (one to each page) showing sections of the line with crossovers, sidings, and signalling etc. Sections include Victoria to Gloucester Road Junction, London Bridge to Norwood Fork Junction, Windmill Bridge Junction to Brighton via Quarry Line, and SECR Boxes London Bridge area and the Old Road from Coulsdon to Redhill.

The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The cover has some minor scuffs and blemishes, and some light nibbling and creasing along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact, and all pages are intact and tightly bound. There is light yellowing to the inside pages throughout
