Lecture Notes for the Filmstrip "Tea-Growing in Ceylon"

Lecture Notes for the Filmstrip "Tea-Growing in Ceylon"
As written on the cover label: Produced and distributed by The Tea Bureau, 22 Regent Street, London SW1.

Booklet - 21cm by 27cm, 12 type written pages (S8295WSOU3).

This booklet provides notes to accompany a filmstrip presumably produced by the Tea Bureau on tea growing in Ceylon.

From the introduction on the first inside page: This filmstrip is based on conditions ruling in Ceylon where, generally speaking, tea is cultivated on organised estates varying from 300 acres up to over 3000 acres in extent. In order to keep the strip to a reasonable length, it only deals with orthodox methods of cultivation and manufacture.

The condition of the booklet is generally a little poor, but is perfect as a reading copy of reference for study. The covers have several scuffs, and there is considerable creasing and discoloration along the edges and corners. Inside,  the staple spine is intact and all pages are intact and bound. There is foxing to the page leaves and extreme edges of some pages, and an inscription in pen on the inside front cover.
