In Defence of the October Revolution, by Leon Trotsky
Published by Union Books in 2002, 33 pages. A5 size booklet (N3555)
Trotsky’s brilliant 'In Defence of October' examines the causes of the October revolution, and demonstrates its historical justification, despite its subsequent demise. Based on a speech Trotsky delivered in Copenhagen in November 1932, In Defence of October is an inspiring short introduction to the Russian revolution viewed from a Marxist perspective
The condition of the booklet is generally excellent. The cover has one or two very minor scuffs and nibbling along the edges, (but is clean and tidy), the staple spine is intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound.
