Paperback (S6495) This book is the fascinating diary of an officer from the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, and it covers the period of from June to August 1944, when the Allies landed in Normandy. Graham boarded an LST (an amphibious vessel known as a 'Landing Ship Tank') at Gosport on the 1st June, and by the 10th was seeing action at Juno beach, and his diary provides a fascinating insight into his experiences over the several weeks of the landings.
