What is the Local History Centre?

The condition of the booklet is generally a little poor. The cover has several scuffs and blemishes, and light creasing and wear along the edges and corners, but the staple spine is intact and all pages are intact and bound. There is considerable creasing to the first couple of pages, and some yellow blemishing to a few inside pages throughout.
