Beeston Days

Published by Beeston Local History Society in 1994, 80 pages. A5 size booklet (S6971)

Beeston is an area of the West Yorkshire city of Leeds, and is situated a couple of miles south of the city centre. The area is neighboured on three sides by the M621 motorway, and much of it sits on a hill. This booklet provides a fascinating account of the area, and brings together memories of Beeston folk together with other people that once lived in the area, and recollections of Beeston village from years gone by....

Condition of the booklet is generally good. The cover has some minor scuffs and blemishes, and some light wear and creasing along the edges, but the staple spine is intact, and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound
