The condition of the booklet is generally ok. The covers have several minor scuffs, blemishes and creases, including a small stain in the bottom left hand corner of the front cover, and there is light nibbling and wear along the edges and corners, but the spiral binding is intact and all pages are intact, unblemished and tightly bound. Someone (presumably the author) has crossed out his address on the first inside page and inserted a new address. The same person has added the page numbers of the maps on the contents page, and an additional line of text (correcting a publishing error) on page 60.
