The condition of the booklet is generally poor. The covers have several scuffs, blemishes and creases, and further creasing and wear along the edges and corners. There is also a name in faint blue pencil along the top edge. The staple spine is intact, and all pages are intact and bound. There are some pencil annotations on the contents page, and creasing and wear along the inside page edges and corners. The booklet has also suffered damp in the bottom right hand corner, and this has caused some light bubbling and staining in that corner, that extends through the inside pages.
